Randstad are working closely with a reputable client who are one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of quality steel building products based in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. This growing organisation is seeking a Customer Service / Internal Sales Representative who will be fully supported and trained.
You will be responsible for processing customer orders with accuracy, provide excellent customer service to their valued customers and be a key point of contact for all customer enquiries, service and sales related tasks.
This position would suit a customer service focused individual with experience or high interest in technical assistance, customer service and sales.
In addition to this, you will need to:
... - Accurate order entry of customer purchase orders via email and CRM system
- Generate new sales by understanding customers’ needs and matching solutions
- Provide and following up quotations
- Liaise with customers to provide accurate order and enquiry information
- Work in a busy team based environment to meet deadlines and participate in team meetings
- Provide product and service information
- Manage internal enquiries via telephone and email
To be successful for this position, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in alphanumeric data order entry
- Be resilient and have a positive attitude to communicate with trades people
- High sales drive and customer-focused demeanor
