Seeking your exceptional customer service and desire to contribute in an entry level banking and finance role.

Your new company

Servicing more than 50 million customers globally, your company manages individual’s finances through their Retail Banking and Wealth Management arm. Your contact centre aims to safeguard customer’s financial wellbeing through Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management. As an inbound phone consultant you will proactively identify customer needs and create referrals for other business units.

Your new role

  • Educate and promote across the entire product and services range to drive sales
  • Build rapport with customers to generate referrals, sales and leads for other channels
  • Retain customers through information provision and promotion of related products
  • Handle complains within bank policy and regulations

Your skillset and experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, contact centre or sales role
  • Banking and finance contact centre experience desirable

Minimum Requirements

  • NSW Higher School Certificate
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Cantonese/Mandarin language skills desirable
