Our client is one of the largest company owned and operated fleets in Australia which provides road, rail and coastal sea forwarding. Due to the increase in workload, our client is seeking an experienced Import / Export Administrator to assist the team in a small vibrant office based in the western suburbs.

The position will include;

  • Tracking & Reporting of all freight (national and international)
  • Scheduling of shipments (national and international)
  • Airport / Terminal Retrievals & Deliveries
  • Preparation of Import / Export documentation
  • Providing exceptional service & consultation to all clients

You will have:

  • A clear understanding of import/export – both air and sea.
  • Experience in scheduling, preparation & documenting import and export items
  • An understanding of national courier and freight procedures
  • Experience within Transport & freight administration functions
  • At least 2 years administration experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
