    Your new role

    This new team exists to assist with catastrophe seasons across Australia and make customer's lives easier across their Home & Content claims. You will be using your first-rate customer service skills when speaking to customers to assist them with their queries. Each interaction will be a world class customer experience because of YOU!

    Some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Answering customer queries via phone and email, always focusing on the customer's needs
    • Being the first point of contact for all home & content claims
    • Ensuring that customer requests are actioned within a set time frame
    • Making decisions on claims based of evidence and processes

    Your skills and experience

    • Ideally you will have prior customer service experience from any industry (insurance desirable)
    • You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • You thrive on working in a high volume and fast paced environment
    • You have an ability to be empathetic, be compassionate and professional

    Your benefits

    • No weekend work: core working hours are between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri only
    • Flexible remote working arrangements across Australian Eastern states
    • In depth upfront training will be provided as well as ongoing coaching and support to develop your skill set
