job description

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers for roles within multiple Government agencies. Randstad hold multiple exclusive contracts with a variety of clients whom we are constantly seeking to source quality candidates for potential upcoming roles.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be based in the CBD or Southern/Northern metropolitan suburbs
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service (contact centre or face-to-face role)
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Proven examples of strong customer focus and dispute resolution
  • Have capability to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Undertake administrative duties as required
  • Possess high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
