Our customer service team partners with some amazing and high profile clients across a vast range of industries - Digital marketing, Technology, Automotive, Retail & Insurance are just a few! Many of our clients are looking to expand their teams from January, and we are on the lookout for candidates with various degrees of customer service experience ranging from junior retail/hospitality experience to senior inbound call centre. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Role Details & Experience

• Provide strong customer service through multiple channels including phone and email
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls each day - Having the drive and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service on each and every phone call is a must!
• $50K - $60K + Super
• Locations in Sydney CBD and Sydney’s Western Suburbs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve
• Resilient and capable of working under pressure
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
