About the company

Working on a major telecommunications project relating to the NBN rollout; you will be responsible for providing complete and accurate information to these customers on a wide range of technology products and services.

About the role

Your team's main focus is to meet and exceed customer expectations; to create value where the customer didn't expect to find it.

  • Based in Macquarie Park, with private transport for pick up and drop off
  • Working on a rotating shift roster between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday & Saturday 9am - 5pm
  • Support existing customers with enquiries and provide information about their current telecommunications products
  • Provide troubleshooting support over the phone
  • Manage your own portfolio of customers, providing end to end guidance and customer support

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar customer service or sales focused role
  • Solutions focused and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong work ethic, taking pride in assisting each customer
  • An interest in technology and a passion for telecommunications products
