We are looking for experienced customer service candidates. Able to assist customers through multiple channels such as;

  • Live chat
  • Email
  • Web forms
  • Direct messages
  • Social media platforms
  • Written communication in a timely manner

If successful your role will include but not be limited to providing general and technicall support to customers efficiently.

This may include enquires about billing, subscription, registration, cancellations, account management.

You to be successful in this role you may need to complete online testing, a standard national police check and attend an Assessment Centre.
