Randstad is currently taking expressions of interest for experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry Officers. Our clients have regular requirements for both temporary and permanent opportunities.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from both new and existing customers
  • Assessing new customer applications and updating existing profiles
  • High volume data entry
  • Email correspondence
  • Ensuring KPI’s are met daily

To be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience in a high volume data entry and customer service environment
  • Exposure in handling both low complexity and complex calls
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • SAP software system experience is highly advantageous
