This is a great administration and customer service opportunity within the banking sector. This position is based in the Customer Relations team where you will utilise your superior communication and interpersonal skills to maintain meaningful customer relationships. Working for a global leader within the banking and financial services industry and one of the big four banks you will be based in Sydney CBD. This opportunity will provide you with exposure to various aspects of the banking sector and a high performing and friendly team work based environment. This big 4 bank is seeking high calibre individuals with customer relations or customer complaints experience. This is a temporary position for 3 months.

Your responsibilities:

  • Professionally and proactively responding to customer queries or complaints
  • Handle all customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Be solutions focused in your approach to customer queries
  • Working effectively with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Be able to understand and enact relevant legislative requirements and protocols
  • Consistently adhere to all company compliance policies and procedures

What you need:

  • Customer relations or customer complaints experience is a must
  • Banking and financial services experience is necessary
  • Qualifications/degrees in law or legal studies are ideal
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Resilience
