    Your New Company
    Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Service to work within their corporate office based in Blacktown. You will be joining a highly reputable company who are a leader in their field globally. The role will be on a fulltime basis, providing you with potential for growth and development within a stable role

    Your New Role
    A typical day in your new role will include an extensive range of customer service related activities to support the internal and external stakeholders. Make this role your own by creating and maintaining great relationships with clients and coordinating with different project.

    Your duties will involve:

    • Client on boarding
    • Make contact with key stake holders and organise on boarding procedure
    • Organising equipment and cheat sheet for the project
    • Liaising with:
      • Externally -Project manager, Project administrator and site managers.
      • Internally – with BDM, allocations team and accounts team
    • Manage customer care Matrix/programme – speaking with contacts on the projects to ensure the service was good
    • Customer performance Reporting
    • Implement NPS (Net Promoter Score)- following up on a call to client if they have any feedback regarding the service.
    • Oversee the coordination and addressing of client complaints and queries (Reactive Register)
    • Chair Customer Relationship meetings

    What We Need From You

    • Experience within the construction/ building industry is mandatory
    • Ability to build expert relationships through customer service tasks
    • Positive upbeat attitude
    • Intermediate Microsoft Suite expertise
    • Be proactive
