    Customer Service Consultant

    You have always enjoyed connecting with and helping other people? Are you looking for a role in the banking and finance sector that will allow you to grow and develop your skill set whilst working in a hybrid work environment? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

    Your new role

    As a Customer Service Consultant you will be a key part of the Membership Services Team. You will be using your top notch customer service skills and provide a high level of customer service to members over the phone in a contact centre environment. Some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Answer inbound calls from members
    • Use multiple computer systems to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner
    • Provide accurate information in relation to products and stay up to date with industry related changes
    • Ensure customer records are kept up to date and accurate
    • Identify sales opportunities for products and services

    Your skills and experience

    • You will have previous contact centre experience
    • You pride yourself on your marvellous communication skills, both written and verbal
    • You have a passion for providing excellent customer service
    • You are tech savvy with the ability to pick up multiple systems quickly
    • You consider yourself a great problem solver
