The opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join a global market leading beverage and food company with iconic household brands. Your role will be to delight new and existing customers by providing efficient and effective customer service. This is an inbound customer service role which will not involve any outbound sales.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Recent proven experience in a call centre role.
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving / conflict resolution.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of computer proficiency with systems and databases.
