As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts and guiding customers through their journey to secure long-term relationships in line with client and company requirements to meet KPI and targets.

- Build rapport with customers
- Understand customer needs and investigate solutions
- Make recommendations and generate quotes
- Handle any objections or concerns from customers or leads
- Onboard new customers and set up accounts
The ideal candidate:
- Positive, high energy with a can do attitude to learn and take on feedback
- Ability to build rapport and effective relationships within the business and customers
- Drive to exceed expectations and celebrating wins
- Good computer skills - Microsoft office suites and CRM
- Professional and personable verbal and written communication
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful and solution focused.
- Experience in trade sales/ customer service will highly regarded
