About your new role

As a customer service representative you will be making calls to and receiving calls from customers. Each call will be different, requiring you to be able to listen, understand and respond accordingly. You will need to update and maintain accurate records of each call on the database. You will need to have a commitment to customer service and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

  • Make and take outbound/ inbound customer enquiries
  • Update and maintain database records
  • Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
  • Maintain customer satisfaction

What you will need

The customer service representative is often the first point of contact. It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service and enjoy working in a lively, fast paced environment.

  • Australian citizenship is essential
  • Experience in a call centre / contact centre beneficial
  • Typing speed min 35wpm - to record calls
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong problem solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment and resilience
