This role will see you build relationships with small business owners, offering advice and on the spot solutions whilst building strong rapport and engagement with your clients. This role will see you utilising your communication skills daily, business and financial accumen, as well as emotional intelligence to offer tailored resolutions to each of your clients.

Role Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for small business owners
• Daily phone based communication, handling enquiries
• Offer insights and knowledge tailored to their industry
• Build strong client relationships and offer genuine support and advice
• Identify any risks and offer retention solutions
• Maintain customer database and records
• Contribute to business improvement and growth, uphold premium service

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in a retail customer facing or sales based role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills, computer literate
• Ability to liase with customers from all backgrounds and business stakeholders
• Desire to develop and grow in a long term career in business banking
• Available to work on a rotating roster Monday - Friday between 8am-8pm

This role is due to commence early February 2021. Successful candidates will be contacted the week commencing the 4th of January, and must be available to attend virtual assessment centres on the 19th, 20th and 21st of January.
