Randstad Mulgrave are on the hunt for professional, reliable and experienced Customer service, Administration and office support superstars.

Your role will play an important part in delivering a consistent and seamless customer experience and providing expertise in responding to customer orders and enquires.

On the hunt for:

  • Customer service
  • Administration
  • Data Entry
  • Order Entry
  • Reception
  • Purchasing

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
  • Drivers licence and car
  • You should be available for an immediate start
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Previous experience in the Food manufacturing, FMCG and/or Retail industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level keystrokes and accuracy
  • A high attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills

Desired additional skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Siebl, Pronto, JD Edwards or working knowledge of an order management system in general
