Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to members of the community and resolving their queries. With multiple opportunities available, now is the time to apply for this brilliant role!

This a fantastic opportunity to join a large and well known contact centre in Brisbane, with paid in depth training on a government contract. With a large team on site, you will feel supported and nurtured in your new role and receive continual training. About the Role

This is a fast paced role dealing with customer enquiries, inbound calls and query resolution. There’s the possibility to move into different areas within the company, provided you demonstrate your ‘can do’ attitude and the willingness to improve on your current skill set.

  • Customer Service focused
  • Rotating roster from 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!)
  • $44,143 plus super
  • Working in a large contact centre
  • Well known government contract
  • 7 weeks full time training provided
  • Start date 25th March

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a customer service leader driving high end quality customer service at all times
  • Perform administrative duties for enquiries
  • Inbound calls relating to personal customer enquiries
  • Administration and compliance
  • Abide by professional policies and procedures set in place

About You

To be successful in this position you will work well under pressure and have exceptional communication. Retail & Hospitality candidates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply. You will have good comprehension skills and can communicate with different people from all walks of life. Your ability to learn new systems will be strong and you will also have the ability to adapt to change.

Skills & Experiencne

  • Minimum 12 month face to face customer service experience
  • Resilient and ability to focus on the task at hand
  • Dealing with sensitive and/or personal material
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly and effectively
  • Computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner
  • Ability to process high volume data entry in a quick and accurate manner
