Customer Service Agent

About The Company

About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will work as part of a team and play a vital part in the company’s success managing the customer experience, and building the experience. The role is located in the Hills District, however the offices are moving to the City in April 2021.

Your duties will include:

  • Give a Premium Customer Experience, dealing with ALL Customer correspondence and touchpoints
  • Efficient and seamless delivery planning and management: delivery date management, D&I job assignment, assigning equipment serial numbers & activity closing.
  • Buy request of gear from Oversea and Domestic Affiliates and overseeing of supply of said Purchase Orders
  • Accurate management of backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to limit backlog slippage
  • Constantly update CRM and ERP systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities
  • Providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries
  • Manage a post-delivery survey in order to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and efficient System Transactions, reflecting order and inventory movements.
  • Manage and maintain customer satisfaction in-line with business partners KPI’s
  • Timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing
  • ‘Free stock’ allocation and optimization

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • 5 years experience in Inventory & warehouse management & processes
  • Skilled in stock control, item data maintenance, inventory transaction processing & analysis
  • Cert or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is preferable
  • Understand and be able to work in multi-site 3PL Warehouses around the country
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrate superior analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
  • Communication across all levels of the business, 3PL Partners and HQ Affiliates.
  • Must be able to work at all times within the WH&S framework and guidelines
