About the roles:


You will be taking first entry calls for a State Government department dealing with various government queries.
You will be responsible for correctly referring calls to internal staff and external referral points


We are looking for candidates with:


- Previous experience and the ability to work in a scripted environment
- Strong computer and data base navigation skills
- Resilience when dealing with difficult callers (minimal)
- Confidence over the phone with active questioning
- A strong customer focus and attention to detail

Eligibility: The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and pass a Criminal History Check
