About the role:


An exceptional opportunity for a talented and motivated professional has become available to join our organisation. This role will play an important part in delivering a consistent and seamless customer experience and we will be relying upon your willingness and familiarity in a diverse administrative type environment to help us set up this area for success.

Your new standalone position is an exciting blend of various administrative tasks as well as call handling activities. General responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality person-centered services to our clients via telephone, email or processing related activities
  • Systematically update company records and databases with all relevant information ensuring true accuracy and relevance
  • Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas to improve performance
  • Liaise with various internal teams to ensure progression of client satisfaction.

  • Have solid administration skills with proficiency in MS Office and other applications
  • Have 2+ years’ experience working in an administration/reception role or similar
  • Have outstanding customer service and love liaising with customers
  • Thrive in a small office environment often working by yourself
  • Proactive and positive attitude along with a willingness to learn and be trained is a must.
