About our client

A global leader in their field, our client pave the way in providing facilities management solutions to a wide range of clients. Working nationwide across Australia, our client have recently won a new project which has created a number of exciting opportunities.

About the role

We are thrilled to offer both a Full Time Maternity Leave (Mon - Fri) contract alongside Part Time support working weekends. Reporting into the Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for answering both inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged with the Help-desk in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise professionally with technicians and contractors in order to prioritise calls enabling swift response times to be determined.

About you

you will be a customer focused professional who has the ability to prioritise tasks and complete work to a high standard. Due to the nature of calls you must work with strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. You will be able to work and cooperate with a range of stakeholders in a productive and cooperative manner.

Other key skills include;

  • Anticipate and identify customer needs promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to listen, interpret and clearly communicate both in writing and verbally
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic, enthusiasm and motivation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
