Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, you will have the opportunity to work alongside approximately 1000 people who respond to inbound call enquiries on a daily basis. You will get the opportunity to learn from the best with their world class onboarding program and trainers who will teach you the world of banking.

What you need to know

This role is offered on a Full-time basis working 5 days per week (Mon - Fri) on a rotating roster between 8:15am- 7:15pm non daylight savings / 8:15am – 8:15pm daylight savings.

What you will be doing.

In the home loans teams the calls would be from Solicitors, Lenders and Mortgage Brokers regarding the home loan process once an application has been lodged through, for example asking about settlement dates,providing additional documents etc

Who we are looking for?

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a customer service oriented role with a passion for delivering world class service to customers. You will be energetic and enthusiastic with a hunger for learning and growing a successful career. Further traits that will make you successful include;
