    The Company:
    Exciting opportunity to join a reputable transport and logistics provide who is seeking a proactive, experienced and passionate Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business. You will be part of a close knit team assisting various internal and external stakeholders.

    The Position:

    • Processing customer orders
    • Dealing with stock allocations
    • Responding to enquiries and problem solving
    • Liaising with transport providers
    • Processing invoices, raising credits and returns
    • Data entry of customer information
    • Reporting and other ad hoc duties as directed

    The Candidate:

    • Proven experience in a similar office based customer service role
    • Proven experience in the duties above
    • Ability to deal with stakeholders on various levels
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Intermediate excel skills
    • Logistics and Transport industry experience preferred
