Randstad are working closely with a reputable client within the rental and sales industry who are seeking a Customer Service and Administration team player who will support and encourage a positive working environment and team approach.


This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential clients and is one of the first points of contact for all enquires both over the phone and in person.


Working within a team environment and reporting to the store manager; you will be responsible for providing high quality service to both customers via telephone and face to face.

Your phone manner will be professional, friendly and focused on upselling products and solutions and the role will encompass a high level of administration duties.

In order to be successful you will possess:
• Strong customer service experience.
• Strong administration experience.
• Confidence in negotiation and dispute resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Priority-setting and multi-tasking skills.
• Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Duties will include:
• Supporting customers via phone and email.
• First point of call in onsite showroom.
• Complete rental sales applications and enter Rental Agreements in a timely manner.
• Conduct customer credit history checks.
• Database management.
• Prepare agreements and run sheets for Mobile Representatives.
• Undertake arrears phone calls and follow ups as required.
• Ad- hoc general administrative tasks.

This position would suit a customer service focused individual with strong administration experience and ability to upsell products. You must be goal focused; in particular focused on improving enquiry conversion rates, arrears rates and customer satisfaction as a team.
