Your new role
Your new role of Customer Service Administrator will see you working with a leading Australian Technical Services Company, providing exceptional customer service to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will join a diverse and tight knit team, in a fast paced, but friendly collaborative environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the day to day business operations from checking and responding to emails, scheduling trades staff and checking the technicians into site
- Create reports for clients with updates on works needed
- Liaise with on-site technicians to log data as required
- Manage incoming customer calls
- Rearrange jobs for technicians where required
- Assist with any operational improvements where necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients of the business
- Efficiently complete data entry and data handling duties using excel and CRM Systems
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
- Highly organised with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team but also individually with limited supervision
- Experience utilising MS Excel to track jobs
- Eager to learn and develop their skills
