Randstad is currently recruiting for a customer service/admin officer to provide exceptional support to a well established company based in Yatala. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail organisational skills and can work in a team environment.
Your new position

- Liaise with clients and customers and manufacturers all over Australia
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Assist with daily invoicing
- Take and process orders
- Follow up on all customer requests
- Track and Manage orders through the database.
- Data entry and reporting
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Customer service/administrative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships
- Must be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using MYOB EXO highly desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to show resilience.
- Positive attitude
- Be able to learn new CRM systems quickly and efficiently.
This is a permanent role located in Yatala, the hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
