Opportunity to join a rapidly growing business within the transport and logistics sector located in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth.


Due to some structural changes, our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator. Working within in a team to meet strict deadlines and customer requirements, this person will be required to do high-level administration and must have the ability to communicate on the highest level of customer service with our large national clients taking orders and arranging bookings and liaising with managers and fleet.

You will be working as part of a small team on the day shift, your starting hours can range anywhere between 6-7am depending on the workload on the day. The hourly rate for this role is $29.81. This is an ongoing casual position.

The position is offered on a casual basis generally involving full-time hours working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required.



In this role, you will be responsible for


Customer Liaison - Phone and email based

Attending to customer enquiries, complaints and bookings

Bookings & Reporting

Load building/planning loads

High-level administration

High level communication both internal and external



It is essential that applicants for this position must have

A minimum of 2 year’s experience within a customer service based roles (essential)

Transport and logistics experience (essential)

Exceptional administration skills

Strong skills in accurate and timely data entry and maintaining data integrity

Well-developed computer skills with substantial experience in MS Office (particularly Excel).

Experience using SAP is (desirable)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Own reliable transport to get to and from work

We are looking for someone that can work in a fast past and demanding environment. This person will be required to work overtime and weekends when required. Being able to work well under pressure and in a team environment is a key essential for this role.
