job description

Our client is a leading company in breeding, production and sales of vegetable seeds with operations in more than 30 countries.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a small but high performing and rewarding team. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

Duties & responsibilities include:

  • Answer calls and handle customer and representative enquiries
  • Processing orders
  • Complete invoicing process once orders are dispatched
  • Stock control and shipping
  • Handling customer payments and account information

Essential requirements include:

  • Experience in a previous customer service/administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of MS - Word & Excel
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Reliable & passionate
