Key Responsibilites:

- Monitor, record, and evaluate service delivery by staff, to identify coaching and development opportunities.
- Coordinate customer experience practices, including journey mapping, customer feedback analysis, and service design.
- Research, assess, and report on quality and service trends, skill gaps, and training needs to relevant stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and staff development.
- Recommend improvements in quality evaluation methods and procedures to enhance overall service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, determine strategic direction for customer segmentation, and design customer experience initiatives.
- Analyse customer interaction data from multiple sources to investigate service issues, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insights on customer sentiment.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and user procedures translating complex analytical findings into non-technical terms.
- Proactively manage workload and collaborate across the organisation to plan, implement, and evaluate customer interaction and customer experience activities to meet operational targets.
- Embrace new technologies, industry trends, and innovative ideas to deliver best practice solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- Experience with the following tools: Microsoft Excel, Forms, Teams, Miro, PowerApps (highly regarded)
- Public Sector/Government experience
- Understanding of human-centred design and design thinking
