Your new role
As a Customer Representative you will be dealing with member & customer enquiries related to the products and services held by your organisation, you will work as part of a team to handle a mix of inbound calls, emails ad written correspondence within agreed service levels.

You will have a passion for dealing with, engaging with & resolving customer enquiries - you will be responsible for communicating effectively and working collaboratively deliver outstanding customer service outcomes for members and customers.

You will be highly motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team and individually in a busy and structured environment.

Your dedication to the customer experience will be evident through your ability to achieve targets whilst providing effective solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Call centre experience will be highly regarded
