This leading Financial Institution is seeking to enhance their offering by developing a compelling customer experience strategy and roadmap, to serve the whole of their business for all their Consumer Credit Card Product.

We are therefore looking for a contractor to support the Credit Card Product team in defining and developing the strategy, roadmap and ultimately the Customer Experience (CX) framework, to support product managers in making business decisions that are aligned with their customer experience vision.

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • Embedding CX thinking across the broader cards team
  • Creating tools and methodology to support CX business case development
  • Alignment of strategy with key stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and implement relevant benchmarking to help the business understand best practice
  • Develop and implement tools and methodology for the creation of business cases to support customer experience initiatives

The best person for the role would think strategically and creatively with a CX focus, and ideally be from a strategy or consulting background. Knowledge of current thinking and CX trends, coupled with the ability to construct core metrics for success and business cases will be key and of course, the confidence to articulate and present a clear roadmap and vision. An understanding of the business drivers of the credit card business or similar business models will also be an advantage.
