- Taking high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with e-banking
- 6 month contract with potential to extend/become permanent for the right candidates
- Extensive onsite training provided (Approximately 5 weeks)
- Work from home option up to the discretion of the client. (Full-time hours in the office until training is complete)
Responsibilities/duties:
- Respond to customer phone calls, emails and online web messaging
within acceptable timeframes, delivering service excellence for each
and every customer. - Keep your knowledge and skills up-to-date through ongoing learning

Identify relevant products and initiate referrals in order to achieve monthly targets.Requirements for this Role:
- Must be available between 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday & 9:00am - 8:00pm on weekends. (Typically, hours will be from 9:00am - 5:00pm)
- Previous call centre or customer service experience desirable
- Previous banking experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with customers, resilient, good work ethic and demonstrated reliability.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong phone manner – active listening, timing, intonation
- Microsoft Office skills are essential
- Experience in a fast-paced and rostered-based environment
