- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries via web chat, email, and outbound phone calls.
- Assist in setting up customers and managing their data.
- Follow up with new customers via calls to provide ongoing support.
- Manage customer feedback and engagement, always seeking ways to enhance their experience.
- Create and maintain online help articles.
- Handle "Call Back" requests to inform potential customers about our offerings.
