job description

  • 5 x Customer Service roles working from home
  • Join an innovative and forward thinking Digital Marketing Agency
  • 3 month contracts initially with the high potential to go permanent

We are currently undertaking an exciting new venture where we will be onshoring part of our overseas business to Australia, and will look at expanding the team even further in the near future.

What will you do?

As a customer care representative you will handle queries from new and existing customers, providing them an outstanding experience as you assist them with any questions they have about their accounts. Using a consultative approach, you will work with customers and other internal teams to reach a positive resolution for the customer.

  • Provide assistance to customers though inbound calls, emails and live chat
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support on questions about products such as web design and Search Engine Optimisation - Don’t worry, training will be provided
  • Work with our sales teams as a point of pre- and post-sale support
  • We have 5 x 3 month fixed term contracts available, with the high potential for these roles to become permanent after the initial 3 months. Work hours are full time Monday to Friday ranging from 8:30am-8:30pm - You choose your shifts!

What are we looking for?

  • Existing experience in a customer service or support role, we are open to any customer service background!
  • A service first focus with an ability to learn and apply technical terminology when providing support
  • You have the ability to develop relationships within a team and with your customers
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this role, both written and verbal
  • Ability to show initiative and be independently motivated with work
  • Advantageous to have a degree or an interest in the digital media/digital marketing space, but not essential
  • You MUST have full working rights as these are full time roles with potential to extend, no student visas or WHV
