Your new role

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be acting as the voice of nib. You will build rapport with our customers through engaging conversations, allowing you to truly understand our customer needs, and offering value on every call. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will work closely with your leader, and be provided with continuous coaching and support to enhance our customer experience.

About you

You have excellent communication skills, and love working in a fast paced environment. You are technologically savvy, a fast learner, and have a strong ability to multi task.

You are available to be rostered between the hours of 8.00am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday's on a rotation basis between the hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm.
