About the Company Our client is a leading national not-for-profit organisation providing care for aged and people with disability for over 60 years. Employing some 5,000 staff widely recognised for their genuine support and service across multiple facilities and programs. About the Role Located in Adelaide city centre we are seeking experienced Customer Care Consultants responsible for actively welcoming customers in a warm and helpful manner by answering inbound calls and email enquiries.
  • Answer a high volume of inbounds calls
  • Greet and assist customers with enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage and record call and email logs on system
  • Maintain and update phone and email contacts
About You The role will suit those driven by meaningful conversations and who are passionate about helping others.
  • Experience in customer service roles is essential, contact centre experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role, within a not-for-profit organisation
