My client is currently seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St Richmond due to experiencing growth during peak times.
- Intake 1: 30th of September
- Intake 2: 14th of October
- Intake 3: 28th of October
About your new role
- Training period: 8 weeks of training based at the above locations - 9am till 5pm
- Post training: This position will be based from home, 4 days a week & 1 day a week required from the CBD. After training this role will have a rotating roster from 8am till 8pm. (Please note that work-from-home will be assessed based on performance KPI's at 8 weeks)
- This position would require strictly ‘no leave’ between the dates of September 2024 to January 2025
- National Public Holidays will be standard days off

You will be responsible for
- High volume calls - Inbound Call Centre - Assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Contributing to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results
- Meeting the high standards expected within our culture and customer expectations such as call handling times and call quality
- Experience with Salesforce highly regarded
