About the company

I am representing an organisation within the NSW Government space that are offering an opportunity within their respective People and Corporate Services Division, with this particular role located in Parramatta, decent money, and a focus on delivering day to day delivery of an enterprise Culture and Engagement Program

About the role

You will be someone who is comfortable working with multiple sites and multiple workforce backgrounds, responsible for a wide range of culture and engagement activities in order to recommend and enable a high performance workplace culture. You will be tasked with designing and implementing LSI Programs, utilising OCI/OEI reports, and providing project management and change management to divisional people programs.

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, but in short you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Change Management, L&D, Culture Specialist, etc)
  • Experience working across OCI/OEI and LSI Programs and making recommendations to senior stakeholders internally
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications
  • Experience working with a complex organisation or State Gov’t highly regarded
