CRM officer position is responsible for managing international enquiries and leads via multiple media (CRM, Front Desk, Phone and Facebook), to ensure leads convert to applications and to enrolments. The position also maintains data relating to this in order to inform business decisions. They may be required to support the International admissions team where required.
Key Requirements:
Job Title: CRM Officer
Location: Ultimo - Full time in the office
Contract Duration: 7 months with potential extension
Salary: $51 p/h + super
Key Responsibilities:
- Interrogate the CRM system on the success of lead generation activities by measuring shifts in key metricsand provide data, analytics and on-going contact with international students.
- Integrate inbound enquiry management with segmented and targeted outbound communication between
TAFE NSW and international students and their influencers to drive conversion from enquiry to application. - Analyse CRM requests in order to determine the most efficient customer service approach (i.e. provision
directly to the Recruitment team and Admissions Support Officers or to the Admissions and Conversion
Specialist). - Build, grow and market to a database of International student alumni to engage and develop them as TAFE
NSW ambassadors. - Maintain a working relationship and build rapport with the marketing team to ensure the CRM system works
effectively and is integrated with the Student Management System (SMS). - Build a dashboard utilising data and metrics from the CRM system that accurately informs all decision makers
in the conversion of enquiries to applications. - Respond to Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM) matters to mitigate delays in responding to
student enquiries and impacting on the overall student experience.
Experience in International Education Industry is preferred however not a deal breaker
