job description

Join a friendly team in a modern office environment with great facilities in the CBD. Be part of a global organisation which owns a 'house of brands', all of which are household names. You will join a team of four and be responsible for your own customer portfolio.

This is a B2B credit role offering an ideal first step into credit for someone with a strong collections background. You will be tasked to make outbound calls to customers to ensure you maintain your ledger within acceptable credit limites. With a customer service focus and an enquiring mindset, you will be able to identify issues and rectify problems to ensure invoices are paid.

A confident communicator, you will be able to develop strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. Someone who is naturally able to prioritise tasks, you will have strong administrative skills and be able to adapt to and follow internal procedures.

For further information, or an informal discussion, please call Valeria Galygina on 03 8319 1221 or email your resume using the links below.
