Your Role
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be pivotal in maintaining a professional and welcoming office atmosphere, providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Uphold a polished and well-organised reception area.
- Offer a warm, professional welcome to visitors and clients.
- Oversee office facilities and coordinate with building services for maintenance.
- Accurately manage invoices, expenses, and office budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, events, and appointments.
- Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

About You
- Experience as a Corporate Receptionist or Receptionist.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Demonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
