The Company

You will be working for a national property management company who have multiple sites across Sydney and lease out buildings to external clients. You will be based at their head office in the heart of the CBD.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and well-rounded corporate receptionist to lead our front office space. You will lead a busy, varied reception desk and be the first point of call to support the team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and clients.

  • Meet and greeting clients upon arrival in a professional and warm manner
  • Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Diary Management
  • Booking travel
  • Scheduling appointments for clients and maintain and updating room bookings
  • Assisting with event co-ordination, this may include breakfast events, luncheons, seminars, training sessions and executive meetings
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Reporting any OH&S issues


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • You will be paid a salary of between $55-60,000 depending on your experience
