Our client are a successful Accounting firm who are currently looking to take on a talented Corporate Receptionist. The firm have a friendly positive and professional work environment with a leading market reputation.



Description

The day to day duties of this role would include but are not limited to;

  • Manage all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Meet and greet high profile clients
  • Organising and maintaining office supplies
  • High Level of customer service
  • Meeting room and reception area coordination and preparation
  • Support the office manager with basic administration duties
  • Incoming and outgoing mail management
