Randstad has an exciting opportunity for you to join an ASX-listed engineering company based in North Ryde. Initially, this role will start on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As the Corporate Receptionist, you'll be the professional first point of contact for the organisation. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the visitor experience and maintaining the presentation of the front of house.
The hours for this position are 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling reception duties, including answering phones and taking messages
- Ensuring the presentation and maintenance of the front of house, meeting rooms, and kitchen area
- Providing a professional welcome to all visitors
- Assisting with mailroom tasks
- Managing refreshments for guests
- Booking couriers
- Performing ad-hoc duties and supporting other team members as needed
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of reception experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A well-presented, outgoing personality
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
