A rare opportunity has arisen with an innovative, global Pharmaceutical Organisation located in Eastern Creek. Our client is a leader and innovator in the manufacturing and packaging of Australian-made, high quality therapeutic goods. Having built a reputation for excellence in quality, operational reliability, and integrity, they are well positioned to deliver meaningful and sustainable long-term value for their partners around the world. They are now seeking an experienced receptionist on a full time, permanent basis who has exceptional organization skills and is willing to go that extra mile. You will be joining a highly corporate and professional team, working in a desirable modern office. The successful candidate in this role will be a driven individual with a flair for remaining a step ahead on all matters. You will be the face of the organization and the first point of contact whilst running the day to day operation of the front office space.

You will be responsible for:

  • Representing the face of the company; first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing the booking of meeting rooms, video conferences and teleconferences.
  • Liaising with office services and catering staff to ensure the efficient operation of the office environment.
  • Completing all administrative support duties as required by the team including filing, photocopying and proof reading.
  • Maintaining the presentation of the office and general house keeping.
  • Managing enquires over the phone and email.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external customers
  • Recent proven experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities- strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Advanced MS Office skills
