Our client, based in the CBD, requires a corporate receptionist to join their team, providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests calling and visiting our establishment. The person in this role has the ability to make other peoples' days not just good, but great!

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Receptionist’s role is able to deliver a 5 star customer service via phone and in person, bringing energy and positivity to an already established and high performing team.


  • Reception - covering a switchboard phone, transferring calls and taking comprehensive messages for the team

  • Front of house duties

  • Contractor/guest inductions

  • Accounts administration

  • Data entry

  • General office duties

Developing on your current administration skill-set, you must have/be:

  • Proven experience in customer service and answering phones

  • Excellent time management skills;

  • A high attention to detail;

  • A team player;

  • A forward-thinker;

  • A natural problem solver with the ability to think outside the square

Candidates with a background in corporate reception, front of house or concierge services will be highly regarded.
