My CBD based Facilities Management client is looking for a friendly and well-presented Corporate Receptionist to assist them on a casual basis across the sites they manage. Previous experience in the same or similar role involving customer service and administrative skills is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the organisation
  • Have a high attention to detail and maintain excellent presentation of the front desk area
  • Administration and correspondence experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Display excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks
  • The ability to adapt to a busy and highly professional environment
  • Enjoys customer service and administration and be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • To have a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Have a willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Able to abide with the organisation policy and procedure
