As our business and brand continue to expand here in Adelaide, and due to internal promotion we have a vacancy for a Corporate Receptionist to join our highly successful and career driven team based within Adelaide CBD.

As the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, the greatest importance is placed on the experience of our guests.

The core duties for this position include:

  • Meet and greet of all guests
  • Showing clients and candidates to Boardrooms and Interview rooms
  • Offering refreshments on arrival
  • Setting up skills testing for candidates
  • Tidying interview rooms throughout the day
  • Arranging catering for events
  • Managing bookings and diaries of senior management
  • Arranging marketing material for seminars and internal training/meetings
  • Setting up boardrooms for bulk candidate inductions
  • Purchasing for office essentials
  • Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks

To be successful for this role you will have experience in a similar role. You will display attention to detail, as well as having the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
