Our client

Our client is a government entity with a fantastic reputation and great team environment. Based in the Northern suburbs, they're currently seeking a qualified Coordinator for their Finance team. They offer a friendly, cohesive and rewarding environment.


  • Overseeing a team of five staff, providing leadership, guidance and support
  • Coordination of strategic financial planning
  • Establishing work plans and monitoring workflows to meet deadlines
  • Financial reporting and compliance
  • Statutory reporting and forecasting
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with management of financial accounting policies
  • Preparation of BAS, FBT and statistical returns


As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within an accounting capacity
  • CA or CPA Qualified
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated and strong use of initiative
  • Process-driven with good people skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Project management experience
